Google search engine displays a sex site no matter what Im looking for. Latest one is Casinocaesar. why?

Whatever site a search for on Google, I get a sex site, latest one calls itself Casinocaesar. How can I get rid of it? Could there be a virus doing that?

it's whats called a hijacker you need to do a virus scan and a spyware scan. download spybot it's free and will get rid of most of your spyware when it comes to virus avg is your best bet it is also free.
